At Aarti Home, an abandoned child gets not just a physical shelter, but also loving care and support as well as opportunities to thrive and blossom. Our relationship does not end when our children step out into the world. Our commitment is to always be there through the storms of life, one that a child would expect from its mother.

Presently 130 children live at the Aarti Home.

Family Based Care:
Children thrive in the most loving and safe environments but are put at risk under circumstances like poverty, and lack of stable households and resources. In our Family Based Care (FBC) program we work with families and communities to ensure the children’s well-being through interventions in nutrition, education and counseling. This fosters a natural environment for the children to integrate with society while maintaining connections with their extended families. Some of the children attend Aarti School, while others attend schools across the district.

Currently, 2300 children are supported through this initiative.
