COVID has affected many homes and livelihoods, especially in the lower income groups. Many young widows were helpless as they were thrown out of their homes. Aarti identified many such women and supported them with sustainable livelihood means like setting up a small shop, milching cattle like buffalos/cows and sewing machines etc.
