Kadapa and beyond.

At Aarti, we are spreading our wings to a wider audience. There's more to be done across our country and beyond our home turf. We are delighted to partner with The Udaiti Foundation, our knowledge partners. Through this collaborative partnership, we intend to reach more women and girl children and extend the successful framework we have now created in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, over the last four decades.

Thanks to The Udaiti Foundation, we visited the Rozgar Melas in Jhansi and Moradabad, engaging with women job seekers, local employers, and community members. We explored the opportunities and took time to understand the challenges women dealt with on a daily basis.
