Aarti Cares: From Classrooms to Careers

In Kadapa, there are girls whose report cards sparkle with 80% and above, whose eyes light up at the thought of becoming doctors, engineers, or teachers. They are bright, determined, and ready to take on the world but the road ahead often stops short. The best junior colleges, the ones that open doors to professional careers, are far away in urban centres and for families already struggling to make ends meet, the cost of hostel fees, tuition, and living away from home is an impossible burden.
So dreams are quietly set aside. Many of these girls join local government junior colleges, which, though closer to home, offer limited resources and fewer pathways to competitive careers. Without a strong income or a voice in their future, they risk becoming silent witnesses to the life they once hoped to live.
The Aarti Cares Initiative was created to rewrite that story. Focused on girls from economically poor families who have scored 80% or above in their Grade 10 exams, the initiative identifies deserving students through school visits and an eligibility test. Those selected move into Aarti Home, where they find not just a roof over their heads, but a community that believes in their potential.
From there, they are admitted into leading corporate junior colleges in Kadapa, with the freedom to choose the course they’re most passionate about. We cover everything - free shelter, nutritious food, books, uniforms, transport, medical aid, mindfulness training, and career counselling. On top of that, they receive competitive exam coaching for NEET, EAPCET, and more, ensuring they’re equipped to reach their dreams.
For these girls, Aarti Cares is not just an education programme; it is a bridge from the classroom to a career, from quiet potential to confident leadership. It is the belief that Kadapa’s daughters deserve every chance to shape their own futures, and the commitment to walk beside them until they do.
