In the embrace of nature

On November 18, it was time for the older girls to go and explore Palakonda Hill and the temple. What makes it interesting is that the sacred buildings are surrounded by beautiful nature - our girls tried to spot snakes in the water (and actually found one on the ground), found some huge aloe vera plants on the way up and ate tamarind fruits straight from the trees.

"It is so nice that we are living so close to the nature. I wish we could come here every Sunday!"

It was, indeed, a great fun for us. Nature is fascinating, but it can also be dangerous, so we had to try very hard to get all the girls to come down the hill before dark. Luckily, no angry wild boars or poisonous snakes were met on the way. That would already be too much nature for one day...
